Pendragon's The Boy King charts Arthur's first decades from October 21

Chaosium has dated the first Great Pendragon Campaign book for October 21 and outlined three editions.

Chaosium has set October 21 for Pendragon: The Boy King , the first book of the Great Pendragon Campaign. Its September 27 preview says the book covers nearly 20 years of play, from Arthur drawing the sword through the early conquest period and the rise of Camelot. The campaign material includes the Wars of

Reunification, a campaign against the Roman Empire, the founding of the Round Table, encounters involving Merlin and Morgan le Fay, and a quest tied to the Grail Castle. Chaosium also lists adventure seeds, rules, equipment, battle foes, maps and gamemaster advice. These are publisher descriptions of the upcoming book,

rather than a hands-on assessment. Chaosium plans a standard edition, a leatherette collector's edition and an alternate-cover special edition.
