Copyright and reporting infringement

Members own what they post and give Mythscribe a licence to show it; catalogue details and images belong to their owners and are credited on the Credits page. To report content that infringes your copyright or trade mark, use the notice form on the Safety page (no account needed) or email support@mythscribe.net, giving the web address of each item, the work you own and how it is copied, your name and email address, confirmation that you own the rights or act for the owner, and a good-faith statement that your notice is accurate and complete. A person reviews each notice, and you are emailed a receipt, the decision and how to ask for one more look. Members whose content is removed see the decision and its reason in the appeal centre and can appeal it once.
