Spin Master has added Paramount Pictures to Hellbreak, bringing characters from A Quiet Place, Sleepy Hollow and Smile into the horror trading card game’s first set. The publisher announced the partnership on October 22, with the debut set still scheduled for January 2027. The crossover includes A Quiet Place’s Death
Angels, the Headless Horseman from Sleepy Hollow and the entity from Smile. Spin Master says the inaugural release will contain more than 200 cards covering seven properties, drawing on Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures and Horror Inc. That places the newly named Paramount characters in the launch lineup rather
than leaving them as unspecified future additions. Ghost Galaxy is developing the game with Spin Master around head-to-head battles between horror monsters. The first set is planned for game and hobby stores and Amazon. The announcement also distinguishes later expansions: previously announced partners AMC Global
Media, Blumhouse and Lionsgate remain part of the future pipeline. The new licensing reveal does not change the January launch window or establish an exact on-sale day. It does give prospective players a clearer picture of the screen-horror franchises available when deck building begins. Official source. Image credit:
