Big Finish has announced two Doctor Who Audio Novels, each running approximately six hours. Two settings for the audio novels The Missing Hour , due in October 2026 , focuses on Barbara Wright meeting her father in wartime Malta before his disappearance. Simon Guerrier wrote the novel from a storyline developed with

Fio Tretheway; Barnaby Edwards narrates. The Bath Chronicles follows in January 2027 . Dan Starkey writes and performs a time-travelling adventure for Jenny and Strax that also brings them into contact with the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctors. These are narrated, novel-length audiobooks.
