Dice Throne changes accessory packs and promo cards as Digital enters alpha
The tabletop company lowered its accessory-pack price, changed promo-card distribution and says its digital game is in alpha.
Dice Throne has outlined several changes to its tabletop products and a new progress marker for Dice Throne Digital . Its September 24 company update says the digital adaptation is in alpha and remains targeted for early 2027. That target is an estimate, not a confirmed launch date. Accessory Packs are dropping to
$19.99 in the US store and will contain sleeves, acrylic tokens and a mini-sculpt. Randomizer Cards will now come with every Hero. Dice Throne says promo cards will be earned or gifted through Kickstarter, organised play, conventions and other community events instead of being sold directly. The company is also
changing future Mythics from Hero-specific to game-specific designs that can be used by any Hero in a given experience. It says existing Mythics will still work as they do today. Organised-play plans include the return of New Rules and Buh Bye in January 2027. Dice Throne has not supplied firm release dates for its
other teased projects in this update. Headline image: official company-update artwork; credit: Dice Throne.
