Call of Cthulhu's Keeper Companion adds three October scenarios

Chaosium has outlined optional rules, Keeper advice and three new scenarios for the October 28 tabletop release.

Chaosium says the Call of Cthulhu: Keeper Companion will release on October 28. Its official preview describes a rules and advice book for Keepers, with optional ways to handle investigator creation, skills, combat, chases and Sanity. The book also covers investigator organisations, online play, scenario design and

ways to develop monsters and non-player characters. Three included scenarios are named Little Miracles , If I Had a Hammer and What a Puzzler! Chaosium presents the first as beginner-friendly; the other two move from a disrupted evening at home to an investigation around a jigsaw-puzzle craze. For groups considering a

purchase, the useful distinction is that these are optional tools and new scenarios, not a replacement announcement for the core Call of Cthulhu rulebook.
