Bandai TCG+ now requires a residential address for tournament entry

Bandai says users without an address on their linked Bandai Namco ID cannot apply for new tournaments or use last-minute event check-in.

Bandai TCG+ users now need a residential address registered on their linked Bandai Namco ID to enter new tournaments or use last-minute event check-in. Bandai's September 24 notice puts the change into effect from September 28 at 7 p.m. Pacific / 10 p.m. Eastern, with its European time listed as September 29 at 3 a.m.

CET. It applies to all TCG+ users, including people who already have an account. The address must be entered or confirmed through the Bandai Namco ID website ; Bandai says it cannot be changed inside the TCG+ app. Existing addresses should appear on the ID account's Address Management page. For child accounts, a parent

or guardian must complete registration. Bandai directs address-related support questions to Bandai Namco ID support rather than the TCG+ support team.
