Mantic Games says Assassin's Creed Animus is available and shipping, bringing Ubisoft's historical action series to a competitive board game for one to four players. Its October 30 launch announcement describes games lasting approximately 40 to 90 minutes, with an age recommendation of 12 and up. The Standard Edition
includes Altaïr, Ezio, Connor and Eivor. Each has different locations, targets, equipment and special mechanics, while players compete to complete memories and pursue Templars. The game's deck-driven structure changes the mix of opportunities between sessions. A limited Collector's Edition adds twelve Assassins and six
historical settings to the standard contents, alongside an event deck and upgraded components. Mantic also links the current version 1.1 rulebook and clarifies that the optional event-card setup applies to the Collector's Edition. The publisher describes that larger box as a single-print edition. Read the official
