Ars Magica Definitive Edition is now on general sale after September 17 release

Atlas Games confirms the expanded roleplaying book can be ordered directly or sought at local game stores.

Ars Magica Definitive Edition has moved into general release. Atlas Games confirmed on September 17 that the book was available for direct ordering and through local game stores. For groups waiting beyond the earlier campaign, that changes the question from whether the edition will launch to which seller has stock now.

Atlas also announced a PDF promotion across the fifth-edition sourcebook line to mark the release. Because store prices and stock move, check the official product page and your local retailer before treating any offer as current. The publisher describes Definitive Edition as a long-running project; that is its own

release account, not our assessment of the rulebook after play. Existing groups should compare the edition contents with what they already own before replacing books, while new players can look at current availability without waiting for a preorder.
