RENNSPORT 1.2.15 adds Kings of the Ring and changes AI, wheels and penalties

The September update adds three cars and the Nordschleife layout while making substantial base-game driving and competition changes.

RENNSPORT 1.2.15 is more than a car pack. The developer's September 23 patch notes say Kings of the Ring brings the Porsche 919 Hybrid Evo, KTM X-BOW GT2, BMW M1 Procar and a standalone Nürburgring Nordschleife layout. The DLC deployed September 24 and is included for Deluxe Edition owners; other buyers should check

their storefront for the current pack terms. The same update changes the base driving experience. RENNSPORT lists AI spatial-awareness and racing-line work, force-feedback improvements, wider wheel support, console motion-blur controls and revised off-track penalties that count every position gained. Those changes have

value even if you do not buy the DLC. The studio also calls out unfinished areas, including AI work on the 919 and windscreen reflections. Its list is a statement of intended fixes and known issues, not our own track test. The full changelog is worth reading before updating a wheel setup or entering a competition.
