Bandai’s latest restriction notice adds Dracule Mihawk and its parallel versions to the banned list, effective October 12.

Bandai has set October 12 as the effective date for a new One Piece Card Game ban: OP14-020 Dracule Mihawk and its parallel-art versions will be prohibited in the listed constructed formats. Until that date, the card remains legal under the current rules. The September 24 notice also states that no cards are currently

restricted, distinguishing this change from a limited-copy rule. Players planning events around the cutoff should check the official notice for its format scope and the full version list; the change has been announced but is not yet in force on October 1. The timing gives tournament organisers and deck builders a clear

transition period before the new list applies. Its official card image identifies the affected card number, helping players distinguish the restriction from other Mihawk cards. Bandai’s restriction notice is the source for the effective date and affected card printing. Headline image: Bandai / ONE PIECE CARD GAME
