Minecraft Dungeons II arrives with the Sift, a dimension bound for the main game

Mojang says the sequel launches September 29 and the Sift will also reach Minecraft Java and Bedrock next year.

Minecraft Dungeons II launches September 29 with a new dimension called the Sift. Mojang's September 26 Minecraft Live recap describes an interconnected world replacing the first game's separate level structure; rifts can take players into the Sift, where areas include the Meadow and the Carapace. The reveal also

reaches beyond the dungeon crawler. Mojang says the Sift will come to Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions in 2027 as the game's fourth dimension, alongside the Overworld, Nether and End. The studio has shown a glimpse and a resident mob, but has not given a narrower release date for the main-game addition. Players can
