Bungie maps Marathon’s next major updates through March

Bungie says October brings a Nightfall refresh, December adds permanent PvE, and a March update will connect more of Marathon’s modes.

Bungie has outlined three major updates for Marathon between October and March. Its September 24 roadmap begins with an October Nightfall refresh focused on progression, rewards and the live experience. The December Symbiosis update is planned to introduce the game's first permanent PvE, expand Perimeter, add a Runner

shell and improve onboarding and social features. Bungie says a March update will connect PvE, PvP and PvEvP through a new zone, deeper progression, more narrative and new enemies. The studio says PvEvP remains part of its plans. These are roadmap targets, not confirmed release-day guarantees; Bungie may adjust details
