Darkenstein 3D's Total Trampage DLC is set for October 14

Darkenstein 3D: Total Trampage is planned for October 14, 2026. Developer Rowye announced the add-on through the game's Steam news feed on September 25, calling it the first paid content for the free retro shooter. The DLC's Steam page lists the same planned date and says the base Darkenstein 3D game is required to

play it. Rowye's announcement lists five remixed campaign levels and 11 endless maps , plus New Game+, a jukebox with collectible vinyl, new enemy types and more music. These are the developer's announced features, not a hands-on assessment. The Steam description frames the campaign content as familiar ground rebuilt

with new layouts, encounters and secrets; the endless maps are intended for survival runs. The distinction between the products matters: the original game is free on Steam, while Total Trampage is a separate paid DLC that depends on that base game.
