Good Smile cancels four Dark Horse Borderlands 4 figures

Amon, Harlowe, Rafa and Vex are affected; Good Smile explains different procedures for its own orders and other retailers.

Good Smile has cancelled the planned October 2026 release of Dark Horse’s Borderlands 4 PVC figures of Amon, Harlowe, Rafa and Vex . Its September 10 notice gives customers a payment-specific account of what happens next. For orders through the Good Smile Company Online Store, credit-card and PayPal payments have not

been processed, so there is no payment to refund. Those orders will be cancelled automatically by September 30, Japan time. Amazon Pay orders will be refunded after cancellation, also scheduled for completion by September 30. Customers who used convenience-store payment should wait for refund instructions by email by

that date. Checking your order Orders placed elsewhere follow the original retailer’s procedure. Good Smile says stores will provide information in due course and that notification timing may differ, so its September 30 timetable should not be treated as a promise for every shop.
